(Sculptural Glass Beads)

Orchid Pendants These were a little tricky for me to figure out, but after I stared at an orchid for about an hour this is what I was able to make. Unfortunately a few got destoyed before I could even photograph them. They can be pretty delicate so I have been making them a bit thicker lately.

I have been working with glass for about 3 years.

Aside from borosilicate torch-work I enjoy sculptural ceramics, pottery, lapidary work, acrylic paints, and lost wax casting. I enjoy pretty much anything that I can visually express myself with, so I guess you could say that I am a multi-media artist. I am also currently enrolled and taking classes to get my Liberal Arts Degree.

nice!
You've done a beautiful job with these orchids! Sculpted flowers can take a pretty big investment of time but it really pays off!
