Opal Galaxy

Opal Galaxy

Here is an Opal Galaxy marble. The opals don't have any fire in the pics, but they are oh-so-bright in person. I'm going to reshoot this if possible...

There are over 20 black opal chips in this marble! It's like a asteroid field of shiny firey opal. When the light hits it one way, they all light up green and when the light hits the ther direction, they all turn bright red. Like I said, the pics do no justice what-so-ever.

Opal Vortex Marble

Opal Vortex Marble

Here's an Opal Vortex Marble I made in late '04. 1.25" diameter. The pics were taken awhile back also, and I learned a good photography lesson here - Clean the marbles first, doh!
