Exploding Planet Series Marbles from our Exploding Planet Series

Eugene Rain has its own satellite like the Hubble that travels the universe in search of phenomenon. It’s not just any satellite; it captures the scenes in marbles! What did our satellite capture this time…

----------------------... she held his orb in her hands. A generous three inches, Aureole was excited to have a big one again.

This sphere was Big Bang fourteen. He sent Aureole these maps after each of the explosions. Magical like all the others, this thermo-fused cosmic map was an encrypted in crystal and chemically etched message from his heart. It was created with the deepest hope that someday she might find her way home again or even survive.

What she was watching in her lens was familiar.

Since the beginning of the Exploding Planets she had been on the run, planet hopping, galaxy shifting; as the known universe collapsed, imploded, and reorganized its forces.

Exploding Planet #1

Exploding Planet #1

A planet explodes leaving a cloud of dust bigger than Earth itself. A planet similar to Saturn orbits not far away, but luckily is untouched by the debris. A distant galaxy looms on the horizon.

Exploding Planet #2

Exploding Planet #2

A planet explodes taking out its moon in the process! The explosion was so colossal it began imploding quickly creating a huge ball of debris, dust and a gas fog. Off in the distance the nearby planets escape with not even a scratch due to the imploding of the debris!

The back of this marble features triple dots, pinwheel and raking.

Exploding Planet #3

Exploding Planet #3

A planet explodes spewing rocks and debris into space. The rocks themselves are planet sized, some comparable to the size of Earth. The smaller debris is gathering quickly to form an asteroid field. A few large planets can be seen in the distance through the dust and debris.

The back of this marble is accented with mini reversals, style known as “rams head” reversals, and a sig chip reading M&M. My camera won’t pick up the detail of these very well, they are spectacular in person. The outer rim is surrounded by squares and rectangles, which are challenging in glass, it likes to be round. The square belt is covered in a thin layer of our Phantom glass, which is made exclusively by our studio. It makes the glass sparkle and gleam.

Exploding Planet #4

Exploding Planet #4

A large rock based planet explodes leaving behind a shimmering field of debris and dust, and an atmosphere of fog and gas. There doesn’t appear to be any damage to the nearby large gaseous planet or the nearby space sea belt but scientists say the force of the explosion has result in a possible black hole formation. Our satellite should be sending more information on that phenomenon during its next trip to this solar system.

The back of this marble features metallic squares and triangles. It is very reflective, kind of like mirrors!

Exploding Planet #5

Exploding Planet #5

A star implodes, sucking in the 4 large planets and their moons that orbit it. Our scientists believe it’s possible that this entire solar system will disappear into oblivion. The planets are being pulled in at a drastic rate, and with each one the force seems to multiply! Only time will tell the fate of this unfortunate solar system.

The back of this marble features fume patterns, triple dots, and metallic sheen.

Exploding Planet #6 Y Survives!

Exploding Planet #6 Y Survives!

In a far away galaxy, a planet reaches the end of its life. It explodes nearly taking out Planet Y with it! Planet Y escapes unharmed for the most part, but shows a few bruises from rocks impaling its surface with severe force. Night has fallen, and there is a shadow cast upon Planet Y so the damage can’t be seen with the naked eye, but if you land on Planet Y you would find canyons deeper then the Grand Canyon and craters the size of the Earth’s moon.

Exploding Planet #7

Exploding Planet #7

The moon of an Earth like planet explodes impaling rocks and debris towards the planet. Our scientists do not yet know if the planet will survive from the damage. There seems to be some extreme volcanic action happening on the planet due to the moon exploding. The force of the small moon exploding also seems to have created a whirlpool like phenomenon and there’s evidence that it could possibly suck up the Earth like planet. The planet seems to be moving towards it now off it’s orbit, but not enough evidence has been gathered to prove this theory yet. Our scientists are keeping a close watch, they will report back as frequently as possible.

The back of this marble features adeptly placed iridescent triangles, diamonds, and squares.

Exploding Planet #8 Ragnarok

Exploding Planet #8 Ragnarok

Ragnarok is the battle at the end of the world. The gods Odin, Jotuns, and Loki (Norse mythology) are battling to the end and have each taken out a planet, using them as weapons against each other. One planet is being tossed in an attempt to take out the other. Who will prevail? Will everything in the universe be torn asunder?

This marble goes deep, one of the exploding planets is center in the back and hard to capture on camera, but you can see a part of it in pic 16. The back is geometric patterns and bright colors.

Two planets battle in an attempt to take over a single orbit's path. They collide, the blow from the large planet crumples and folds the smaller planet, resulting in an astounding explosion and great cataclysm to the larger planet. Revenge is bitter sweet.

Exploding Planet #10

Exploding Planet #10

Two planets collide! The force is so dynamic that both planets spontaneously explode, propelling rocks and debris at each other with inconceivable force. Each planet is surrounded by a fog of gas and debris and has left the surrounding worlds in an indeterminate state.

Exploding Planet #11

Exploding Planet #11

The balance of this solar system has been thrown off resulting in the explosion of two gigantic jovian planets. The atmosphere surrounding the explosions is shimmery and poisonous. The fate of a nearby terrestrial planet hangs in uncertainty. There was thought to be life on the terrestrial planet before the explosions, our scientists say survival on the planet is now ludicrous.

Exploding Planet #12

Exploding Planet #12

Eugene Rain now has two satellites traveling the Universe in search of phenomenon, and one of them is in COLOR! Check out the action it caught on its first trip to the outer rim of the Xiepher Galaxy.

Two planets mimic each other in a dance of explosions, each one attempting to belittle the other. They are so blinded with pride they cannot see their own fate! The inhabitants of the nearby planet fear impending extinction, and start to evacuate swiftly. One of their ships was spotted in the distance orbiting, waiting for the other ships to join them in caravanning to a nearby habitable planet. Although apprehensive about the journey, they somehow remain calm. Our satellite will be back to this area in the near future to check the status of these beings.
