These are a few focal beads that I have made in 2006. Focals are always fun to make because you can really play around.

These are a few shots of galaxy beads that I have made using pure silver against a Glass Alchemy Raven background. Some beads have opals incorporated in to them for some extra sparkle. :o)

I decided to try to make some three dimensional "Blooming" flower beads and This is what happened. They are a little tricky to photograph, but here it goes.......

These were a little tricky for me to figure out, but after I stared at an orchid for about an hour this is what I was able to make. Unfortunately a few got destoyed before I could even photograph them. They can be pretty delicate so I have been making them a bit thicker lately.

These beads were inspired by the ocean. I moved from the coast to the desert for a while and couldn't help but miss the water. So, I decided to make some beads in my studio to ward off the cravings.....Lol

These are some of my loose Focal beads that I have made. I love to make focals because I can concentrate on just one bead and really play with colors, technique, etc. It is also nice to not have to worry about size, since they don't belong to a set.

This necklace was made on Soft Flex beading wire and has swarovski crystals, faceted garnets, iridized seed beads in magenta, Bali silver beads, and my lampworked beads all incorporated. It is also terminated with a sterling silver clasp. It was a Christmas present for my Grandma whom grows so many beautiful Begonias.

I made these beads and then finished them on the lapidary wheel along with a good polishing. I probably won't be making many more, I was just goofing around.

Here's a few photos of me at my home studio. I still have some adjusting to do with my workspace. I am also working on getting better glasses with split lenses because I can't see a thing with these sometimes!

I have been working with glass for about 3 years.
Aside from borosilicate torch-work I enjoy sculptural ceramics, pottery, lapidary work, acrylic paints, and lost wax casting. I enjoy pretty much anything that I can visually express myself with, so I guess you could say that I am a multi-media artist. I am also currently enrolled and taking classes to get my Liberal Arts Degree.
