This thirty foot curtain wall presents The Veil, rent when Christ was Crucified. The ethereal three dimensional artwork was blastcarved onto four super- imposed surfaces of Starphire crystal glass, creating a kinetic experience for the viewer. The curtain wall is supported by two I-beams clad in fluted glass with hardware of nickel chrome plated brass.

This work in progrss is a layered sculpture some fifteen feet across. The artwork was taken from a large painting by artist Ron Wood, scanned and digitally manifested into huge silk screens by artist Christian Karl Janssen. The screens were used to fire the paintings into the six glass surfaces, which are selectivley superimposed. Augmenting the silk screened artwork is acid etching applied by hand as brush strokes, and hand painting with frit bearing pigment. This project executed for Ron Wood at Derix Art Glasstudios, Taunusstein, Germany.
