my wonderful & terrible weekend :-/ gotta vent...

Welp... My weekend was good... and bad. I had a two day festival I was vending at over the weekend. Saturday went absolutely wonderful! I sold around half my inventory on that first day! :D I couldn't have hoped for a better turnout. On my way home I felt so good and planned on making as many pieces as I could that night to replenish some inventory for Sunday. Then..... I got in a car accident! :( I was in a right turn lane on a major 8 lane road turning onto a much smaller road. The turn lane had it's own lane AFTER the turn so traffic could merge while moving. This guy in front of me was stopped at the intersection waiting for a hole in traffic when there really wasn't a need. He stopped and I stopped behind him. Then he slowly pulled forward a little bit and then started to accelerate. I figured (my mistake) he had realized we had our own lane and it looked like he was going to continue to accelerate. So I started to slowly creep forward and I looked over my shoulder to try and find a hole to merge into when I got up to speed. I was still going very slow and when I looked forward again... BAM!!! The guy had stopped again! So here I was in the middle of this wonderful high from all the great sales during the afternoon and it got ruined in an instant. :cry: The guy was driving a Honda CRV and I have an Accord, the spare tire on the back of the CRV totally crunched my hood. It won't open at all now. Oh well... I guess this is why we have insurance. It just erks me because I haven't had any driving incidents in over 6 or 7 years! Now it's gonna be a pain dealing with insurance and getting my car fixed. My car may be gone for repairs for a few weeks and I won't be able to get oxygen to work. (double :cry:) But I did still manage to make a few more pieces that night and sold more glass on Sunday. I'm just glad the show went well or it would've been the worst weekend ever. Sorry... didn't mean to write a novel... jus had to vent. ;)

Hey im a recently out of work body man. i quit/ got fired two weeks before xmass after 12 years of workng for the same dude. now im trying to hork xmass balls to get something for my kid for xmass. i know your pain the last show i went to my wife decided to blow a red light and ran into someone 30miles from were i was. i had to pack up all my stuff and run up and get her. just take the advice from a pro dont try to open that hood let the body shop do it.

yeah, the ended up totalling the car out. i used the insurance money and some reserves and upgraded to a 99 Dodge Grand Caravan. It's gonna be much easier to get oxygen and vend at shows now. :D

Are you talking about custom engraving or something else?! Umm. There is a good page for custom engraving perhaps!
Also,you can find some other content on it,such as direktbank or designer checks or floor cleaner.
You can search on the homepage try some other keywords,no ads even.these page updated every day.Because of the huge database,it perhaps not very fast,if you don't like it,take it easy.

This is a good talking about the bulk vending!!I learn a lot more about bulk vending here,I like it.
I search Yahoo for long time and find here.By the way I found some content on another website about it.Also,you can find some other on it,such as logo telephone portable or lastminute kreuzfahrt or go peds uk.
