I just got a new Propane tank and my gas level are all over the place. I've soaped the lines, changed tanks...I'm running out of options, Any suggestions???

I assume you've checked your regulator? First thing I'd try is another regulator. Also, if you are running multiple torches, a really big torch or a kiln on a small tank it can freeze up and the pressure in the tank will go way down. You may also have water in your lines. This will make the flame waver as the water is pushed up and down at a low point in the lines. Try draping your lines over a high branch on a tree or over a pitched roof. if you can do this in the sun it's better. Hope this helps. TL
