Aura lens boro glasses

Just wanted to let everyone know Aura lens took the money out for my glasses two months ago and I still haven't seen my glasses. These guys don't know what customer service means. If you need glasses right away you might order from Phillips instead.

I had a similar experience. Eventually got the shades, and they're fine, but didn't hear from Auralens for a good six weeks. They didn't respond to a single email and I couldn't reach them by phone. Very poor customer service.

wow everyone has a different experience, I sent them a pair of 6 year old glasses with a defect and a week or two later I had a brand new pair of shades. who knows.

Just wanted to keep everyone updated about Aura. It seems they are restructuring their company. They have had my money for over six months now and we are having to get local law enforcement involved to get our money back. Please think twice before ordering from they!!!!!!
