Post Glass-to-Glass bonding adhesive (perm, non-flexible, strong)

I am searching for a glass-to-glass bonding adhesive:

Permanent
Non-Flexible
Water Resistant
(also looking for waterproof)

Bonding glass to glass pieces and panels - sizes ranging from 1 inch to 20 inches square with thickness of 2 - 15 cm. Bonding perpendicular so must be strong.

check out LOCTITE 349 UV glue

The loctite UV isn't bad but it leaves a residue that is a pain in the ass to get off. Just go to your local hardware or arts and craft store and get the two part epoxy that comes in two tubes that look like a pair of syringes stuck together. I buy the 5 minute epoxy to bond marbles to metal wine bottle stoppers and it holds amazingly tight.
