Hello everyone,

I'm a newcomer to glassworking and was looking for some information. Basically, I'm trying to figure out if lost wax casting is used for making fine glass jewelry. My interest at the moment is casting some intricate cameos (1.5 inchesX 1 inch) in glass. Can this be done at all?? (I hope I'm posting this in the right section...)

I've searched the internet ("cast glass jewelry", "lost wax casting, glass") and found some information on kiln-firing frit glass in a mold, but not much else. I would appreciate any relevant information on this topic.
