How to get my "mini gallery" pics back to main page???

I'm new to setting up my photo gallery...so I was experimenting and I hit the Mini Gallery. I logged in to see what it looks like and my 21 pictures are not there any more and I don't see how someone browsing would know what to click on to see them? My second page comes up fine. Is there a way to cancel or to get my pics back without having to start over?!?
