I started my venture into lampworking almost 10 years ago when i let a buddy of mine set up his studio in my garage. I watched intensely any time he would work. It was only a few months but i soaked up everything he did like a sponge. A few years ago i bought my own equipment and started playing around on the torch. Unfortunately, i had to move again and i didnt have a place to set up again, so, my equip was in storage. FINALLY!!!! I have set up again and am making pipes and beads. I have the BASICS down and can make a decent pipe but i feel like i am not able to advance any further. Are there any artists in the Cleveland area that want to get together and maybe share some knowledge? I am gearing up for the festival season here and would like to expand my skills and abilities. Any help is GREATLY appreicated.
