Artist in so many senses

It is one thing to be an accomplished musician but to be a great painter too is just absurd. I recently learned that Joni Mitchell is an accomplished artist as well. I saw some of her stuff on her site (www.jonimitchell.com) and I was floored as I was when I heard that she was coming back to make an album. I first picked up her latest release Shine at my umg internship and its it was made solely cause of her inspiration to speak up about what is happening in the world. Great artist and great musician is just something that is admirable.
