I have always loved glass. Looking at glass, touching glass, watching glassblowers and flameworkers. Little did I know that one day I would have the opportunity to play with fire myself. How ironic that I would learn this craft during a sizzling summer in Phoenix. The art of lampworking has a Zen effect,serving to calm and focus both the artist and the viewer, enchanting both with the beauty of this molten solid.
